A price per m² is shown only where it means something: a market sale of exactly one house or flat. Every other sale is still listed, with the reason it has no figure.

Ten minutes on foot, really?Pro
In the Paris region, every rail station is on the map. Select one for the areas you can reach on foot in 5, 10 and 15 minutes, along real streets rather than as the crow flies, and the parcel's panel tells you which stations it is within walking distance of.
Here, the real areas around Le Vésinet–Centre station, computed by IGN along the street network. The dashed circle is what a straight-line distance would promise for ten minutes.

Parcelle talks to three hosts, and nothing else:

- parcelle-data.mgcrea.io the sales and prices of the communes you look at
- Apple Maps Apple's map, when you choose it
01 Does Parcelle estimate what a property is worth?
No. It shows what actually sold, and the commune's median price with the number of sales behind it. It estimates nothing and lists no homes for sale.
02 Where do the prices come from?
From the DGFiP's DVF records, through Etalab's geo-dvf and Cerema's DVF+, since 2014, under Licence Ouverte 2.0.
03 Why no sales in Alsace and Moselle?
DVF is not published for Moselle, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Mayotte, which keep a separate land register. Parcelle says “no data” there rather than “no sales”.
04 Why do some sales have no price per m²?
A price per m² is given only for a market sale of exactly one house or flat. A sale covering several properties, bare land or a commercial unit is still listed, with the reason it has no figure.
05 Are walking areas everywhere?
Around the Paris region's rail stations, for now.
06 Do I need an account?
No. No account, no sign-up, no tracking.
07 Is Parcelle Pro a subscription?
No, a single purchase of €9.99, on Mac, iPad and iPhone with the same Apple Account.
08 Which devices?
Mac with macOS 26, iPhone with iOS 26 and iPad with iPadOS 26, in English and French.
