The quickest route is the feedback form. No account, nothing is published, and the email address is optional. From the app, the Help menu opens it already filled in with the Parcelle and system versions, which you can edit or clear before sending.

What to include

• The Parcelle version and the device (Mac, iPad or iPhone).
• What you were doing, and what you expected instead of what happened.
• The plot or address, if it is about a place: its cadastre reference is enough (it is at the top of the plot's panel).

Questions that already have an answer

No sales show up in my commune

DVF is not published for Moselle, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Mayotte (départements 57, 67, 68, 976), which keep a separate land register: Parcelle says “no data” there. Elsewhere, a plot may simply not have sold since 2014.

A sale has no price per m²

That is deliberate. A price per m² is computed only for a market sale of exactly one house or flat. A sale covering several properties, bare land or a commercial unit is still listed, with the reason it has no figure.

The walking areas do not appear

They exist around the Paris region's rail stations for now, and are part of Parcelle Pro. The map also has to reach IGN's Géoplateforme, which computes them.

The map stays blank

Almost always a passing problem at IGN's Géoplateforme, which serves the map and the cadastre. Try again a little later; if it lasts, write to us.
