Short description
Parcelle is a native app for Mac, iPad and iPhone for anyone buying property in France. Select a plot on the map: its cadastre reference and area, what sold on it and around it since 2014, and the areas truly within walking distance of the Paris region's stations.
Long description
Buying a house in France means three websites open at once: the cadastre for the plot, DVF for the sale prices, a route planner for the walk to the station. Parcelle puts all three on one map, built on public, credited data: the DGFiP's DVF records, IGN's cadastre and aerial photography, Île-de-France Mobilités' stations.
A price per m² is shown only where it means something, a market sale of one home, and every median comes with the number of sales behind it. Parcelle does not estimate what a property is worth and lists no homes for sale. No account, no tracking.
