Terms of use
Updated 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Parcelle app for macOS, iPadOS and iOS, and of the parcelle.mgcrea.io website. By installing or using Parcelle, you accept them.
Licence
Parcelle is distributed on the App Store. Your licence is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by these terms. It gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app on the Apple devices you own or control.
Parcelle Pro is a single, non-consumable in-app purchase, at €9.99 including taxes, tied to your Apple Account and restorable on the Apple devices you own or control, on Mac, iPad and iPhone. It is not a subscription: there is nothing to cancel, renew or expire.
It unlocks: the sales recorded on a plot and nearby, the walking areas around stations and the walking times, the size highlight and the setback, and the aerial photography before today. The map, the cadastre, address search, today's aerial photograph and the communes' median prices stay free. A future professional plan may add features; it will not take away any that Parcelle Pro unlocks.
The price shown is a launch price and may rise for future purchases. A purchase already made is never charged again and never becomes a subscription. The amount actually charged is the one the App Store shows at the time of purchase, in your currency and with the VAT of your country of residence.
What you may not do
- Decompile, disassemble or try to extract the app's source code.
- Rent, lend, resell or redistribute the app.
- Reuse the sales data shown in breach of its reuse terms, in particular to re-identify people or to have them indexed by search engines.
The data
Parcelle shows public data: the DGFiP's DVF sale records, through Etalab's geo-dvf and Cerema's DVF+; the cadastre, buildings, photography, addresses and walking areas of IGN's Géoplateforme, all under Licence Ouverte 2.0; and Île-de-France Mobilités' station locations, under the ODbL. Each source is credited in the app. Apple's map, when shown, remains governed by MapKit's terms.
What the figures are not
Parcelle is neither a valuation nor advice. The figures come from public data that carries inaccuracies, publication delays and errors, and are given for information. A median price is not what a property is worth, a cadastre line is not a surveyed boundary, and a walking area is a computation over a street network, not a promise of time. For a buying decision, consult professionals and the official documents.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from its use. Nothing here limits the rights that French law and consumer law grant you mandatorily.
Refunds
Purchases go through the App Store: refunds are requested from Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple is the seller of the transaction, and its terms of sale apply, including the fourteen-day withdrawal right open to consumers in the European Union. Write to us if a request goes nowhere; we cannot refund in Apple's place, but we can support the request.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published here, with its date. Continuing to use the app after an update means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Publisher: Magenta Creations. Questions: support@mgcrea.io.
